There are four apartments in Kounenos Apartments of two bedrooms. Each apartment is about 50 sqm and accommodates 2-5 people. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with a built-in double bed and the other with two built-in single beds.
The Suite is about 50 sqm. and accommodates 4 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds), a living / dining area with fully equipped kitchenette, big bathtub / WC, A/C, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safety deposit boxes.
There are five maisonettes in Kounenos Apartments. Each one is about 50 sqm, accommodates 2-5 people and has access to WiFi. In the ground floor of each maisonette there is a living/bedroom with 2 fixed – sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchenette(and a family fridge), a seating area and a terrace .
There are two studios in Kounenos Apartments. Each studio is about 30 sqm and accommodates 2 – 3 people. Each one provides a living/bedroom with a double bed and a built-in couch which may be used as single bed somewhat set apart in a corner, a fully equipped kitchenette(with a large fridge), shower/WC (and hair dryer), A/C, WiFi, satellite plasma TV, safety box and sun terrace with a beautiful sea view
Kounenos House is situated down a small side road to the beach 100 m. from a sand and pebble beach, while the first shops, restaurants as well as the bus stop are about 200 m. from the house. Kounenos House is on the first floor; it is for up to 5 people. It includes two bedrooms , one large and one small each with a double bed, living room with an extra bed and a shower/WC (with a spacious shower cabin). A breakfast bar divides a large living room from a well equipped kitchenette with full size electric cooker.
