There are four apartments in Kounenos Apartments of two bedrooms. Each apartment is about 50 sqm and accommodates 2-5 people. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one with a built-in double bed and the other with two built-in single beds.

Description
There are five maisonettes in Kounenos Apartments. Each one is about 50 sqm, accommodates 2-5 people and has access to WiFi. In the ground floor of each maisonette there is a living/bedroom with 2 fixed – sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchenette(and a family fridge), a seating area and a terrace.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you can find a bedroom with a fixed double bed. Finally, first floor also provides a hip bath shower/WC (with a spacious shower cabin and hair dryer) and a balcony with magnificent unbroken sea view which has a pergola and an etesian/meltemi wind precaution/protection system which is activated whenever there is a meltemi wind.

Kounenos House is situated down a small side road to the beach 100 m, while the first shops, restaurants as well as the bus stop are about 200 m. from the house.
